Unable to Pay first EMI on Flipkart axis credit card.

Actually I am a new user of Flipkart axis bank credit card. I bought some things on EMI from flipkart last 22 june. The bill for joining fee and processing charge has been generated and I have made the payment. The bill for joining fee and processing charge has been generated and I have made the payment. But EMI bill is not generated,,, and I am not able to make Advance / EMI payment from Google Pay / Open / MobiKwik / Cheq anywhere. I received a message from the bank saying that I should pay the first EMI as per the purchase date but I am unable to make the payment. Please anyone help me... What to do?

I Don't have axix bank Savings account,,, should I pay by another person's account to my credit card?
