Best CC for UPI and Daily Spents

I have HDFC IndianOil CC with limit of 40k which was issued last year when I was student, I recently graduated and preparing for masters, so not a salaried employee, I need to switch to some other rupay creditcard as IndianOil reward system is so gimmicky, is there any direct cashback option. (Please suggest LTF options)

If anyone knows how to redeem points in best value please guide, I have around 1k points.
Can't be redeemed for IndianOil points as it takes 100rs charge and value is just around 300rs, if petrol pump accepts it.
So much hassle and no gurantee and extra 100rs spent to redeem it.

I also have this Card. I wasn't charged for redeeming points. IOCL Xtr Rewards redeem is the best option.

In case you don't need Xtra Rewards then you can convert them in the Indian Oil One app in Amazon Gift Card.

Check if you can get Kiwi/ Jupiter/ SuperPro Credit Cards or Airtel Axis Rupay.

Unsure about Jupiter, Airtel Axis & SuperPro,

Yeah, HDFC will charge you Rs.99 for redeeming any points for any of its card.

Also, you can apply for Superpay Pro. It's a very good card for all your UPI spends as it'll give you flat 3%of cashback for every use. I use it for daily purpose transactions.

It showed charges but didn't actually charge me.
