As far as i know,

Wallet loading with Amazon Pay ICICI CC have charges of 2.5% where 2% will be given as cashback after the billing cycle.

And there was a new limit, we can only topup 3 times per ICICI card for Amazon wallet.

As far as i know,

Upto 5000 no extra charges by ICICI. 2.5% charged by Amazon not ICICI
After 5000 1% charges by ICICI

So where would you usually load that ₹5000 which will not be charged by ICICI other than Amazon wallet ? Any other app or process ?

Yes, because Amazon do charges 2.5% regardless whatever the amount was.
