2. Are the interest rates and fees clearly disclosed before you accept an offer?
3. How is their customer support if something goes wrong?
4. Is the KYC/data sharing process safe and trustworthy?
5. Any hidden charges or surprises after loan disbursement?

No, I didn't used cready or any other personal loan app, but chose the bank instead & would advice the same. Not sure about cready but mostly these personal loan apps offer loans at rate higher than that of bank rates. Also, most loan apps charge interest upfront or their calculation methodology ensures the interest earned is much higher than that they advertise. If it's not urgent, I will again suggest to go with a bank & not these loan apps
