There are other options like swiggy HDFC and SBI cashback card, I don't think this amazon card is worth the hassle and that much harmane and time waste.
Since no bank is involved in this matter, filing a complaint with the RBI Ombudsman would not be effective. Additionally, there are numerous other websites and apps available for checking your credit score; why rely solely on Amazon Pay?

Consider yourself fortunate. I would avoid that bank due to its poor customer support. Additionally, the value of their cards depreciates every quarter.
