Account locked problem

My Airtel payment bank account is temporarily hold when contacted Airtel they said the hold is applied by Law enforcement agency (Police) but Crime branch police station officer said there is no any hold applied by them also when contacted CID officer they also said there is no any hold applied by any Law enforcement agency on your account
What to do?

Raise a complaint at RBI Ombudsman providing every detail

ask airtel for official details.. did u do anything funny in your account ?? this will mostly be with cybercrime dept. chk there
