Unable to open Indie account

I have Indusind bank account and wanted to open Indie account. I gave the details and followed all the steps; in the end the application gave an error saying, "Error 27. We cannot proceed with your onboarding on INDIE. There is a mismatch between Aadhar and PAN details entered. Please contact our help desk at indie@indusind.com for further details".
I had given all the details correctly but still they showed the error.
I tried to contact them several times but no response was given other than automated replies. Is it because I hold a bank account with Indusind that it is not allowing me to create indie account or is there some other problem.
Please help!!
 
Update:
I tried to access Indie app again. Now it is giving the message "Unable to perform action. Something went wrong, please try again later."
I am utterly confused now. If anyone could help regarding this issue. Thanks.

Same problem .i hold indusind delight savings account but unable to open indie account.when i put my pan number and aadhaar number and otp, it shows error " unable to perform action"

Update:
I was able to create the account finally after talking to the customer care. Thanks to everyone in the community who helped.

@SUBARNA @aman_chauhan Try talking to the customer care maybe it could help. I was facing the same issue and talked to the customer care and they asked me to send a video recording of the app. Just do a screen recording or if the phone doesn't allow try to record with another phone. The video recording should show opening of the app followed by entering the otp. Then spin page will come. While entering the mpin just move the recording away so that main is not visible and then again you again move back the secondary phone recording. Then the error message will show. Remember, this part should be in the video. End the video recording there by saying/recording "I am constantly facing this error and I have tried all the troubleshooting as suggested by the customer care. I am sending the video as requested by the customer care. Please look into it."
Send it to their WhatsApp number 9662556677. After that call the customer care and tell them that you have sent the video as requested. They will then create a ticket and give you a maximum resolution time frame of 7 working days by which it would be resolved (In my case it was resolved in 5 days). So keep trying.
Also keep in mind, when the problem gets resolved and you are able to access the app, it will ask you to fund your account with 5000/- which you can transfer later to your main account and keep the indie account as zero balance account. Hope this helps.
