Adding money in nps using credit card

Anyone is able to add money in nps tier 1 using credit card.
It use to work till last year. Not now

tier 1 still works.. tier 2 has stopped

Tried tier 1 payment today
Payment failed twice

maybe some other issue.. not with credit card option

Seems there is additional charge while adding money to NPS via credit card, UPI is free but I do see we can make payment via CC to tier 1, haven't tried though.

ofcourse.. there is a surcharge to use cc
