I recently paid my ICICI credit card bill a bit late and have incurred interest charges as a result. Is there a possibility to get these charges reversed? Late by how many days?
5 days late, then I got charged around 2000, including GST

Unfortunately, if a payment is 5 days late, there isn’t much we can do. Had it been 3 days, you could have emailed them and requested a 3-day grace period, considering RBI guidelines.
However, with 5 days overdue, it becomes challenging. I recommend calling ICICI customer care now; at this time, you should be able to connect without any waiting period
