Aeronpay fraud

I added 2000 in aeronpay wallet in nov.but they blocked my account. I have 2000es in aeronpay account from nov23 but they aren't allowing me to withdraw this what to do any suggestions

Bcz of credit card bill transaction
I share all required details of that transaction but from 5 months they haven't enabled my account
Giving same reply every time our team is working on your query

These are exactly why all the cc to bank via all these fly by night apps is avoidable... RBI complaint if your transactions are genuine.. if not then escalate within aero

aeron pay is a fraud compny i have made the credit card bill payment through there app on 22-jan-2024 with the Transaction ID: ANBLC17059390139719 & ANBLC17059401543493 with the amount of 1500 and 7000 but till now ( 30-apr-2024 ) no refund recieved or the bill settelled in the credit card...
