Amazon pay balance fraud

I had 10k amazon pay balance but someone used that, dont know how but someone did that. I never gave anyone any otp or access to my aacount or email id anything. If i am saying it, trust me. But my amazn pay balance was used for some cash on delivery order 5 times. I neither recieved any amazon pay balance debit text mesage, email or notification, nothing even if someone was using my amazon account, i didnt recieve any mail of my amazon account logged in somewhere else. I have lodged an fir on cyber portal, still suggest me anything else.

Have you tried contacting amazon pay support with all the transactions ID. They might be able to track it. You should right away change the password of that account. On the other hand, kindly check your linked payment methods

Tried everything. My account was not logged in anywhere still dont know how this hppened. They asked me to file a cyber complain

Then you should do that. Kindly share the reason if you get some closure in this case. We would really like to know about that!
