hein ...ye kabse hone laga...closing an account always impact negatively on the scores as the average age for your credit history in decreasing plus the number of accounts is also decreasing.

It will decrease your score but only for a month or so then it will come back to normal.

closing a loan will improve score.. avg age doesn't matter.. longest relationship does.. loan is not always a positive..

it is an overall view basis all your variables.. generally it stabilizes and improves as it shows good behavior
