Issue with Availing 25% Discount Offer on Airtel Wifi Recharge through Airtel Thanks App
I am currently unable to avail of the 25% discount offer on my Airtel Wifi recharge when using my Airtel Axis credit card.Upon attempting to access the offer section during the recharge process, I noticed that the "Apply Offer" section is not visible on the app. Unfortunately, the app restricts screenshots, so I am unable to provide visual evidence.
As the offer section does not appear, I am unable to apply the offer before making the payment.
Is There Any Solution To This Issue or anyone facing the same issue tried to mail them several times but no response.

Did you do the recharge or not ? If yes, did you check if you got the cashback in the statement ?

Hello, I 've got an Airtel AXIS credit card. I made two transactions one for Airtel DTH recharge and other for gas cylinder booking. Both these transactions were made on Airtel App. I now see these transactions were with merchant name as ' Airtel Payments Bank'. Is this expected? Will I get the cashback?

1st time cashback usually comes from 2nd month onwards.

Can anyone confirm this will one get cashback on Wifi recharge even though "Apply offer" is not visible?
I have been using this card since a year now today only i was checking the 2nd year fees has been charged .590 in the first month itself gets recovered. A very good card .
You mostly will be getting the cashback if you hv done payment from airtel thanks app .
But for me they appear automatically esp since card details is saved only everytime at the payment only cvv is asked i see the offer is auto applied . I still ensure i click the more payment options and under the code i select the axis airtel card.
Consistently get 1000 cash back pm or less depending on zomato and swiggy spends
Only thing that could be better is part payment of utility bill. My bill usually comes in range of 6k to 7.5k. If there would hv been a part payment or a custom amount that could be paid would hv utilised until 2500 and difference pay it using tataneu app since there you get 5%
No they will not give you 10% cashback but they can give 10% discount on sales i also got discounts

After getting cashback any chance of checking which transaction got cashback
Cashback is kinda fixed so you know which transaction you got cashback for
25% cb upto 250 rs On airtelthanks app payment of Airtel related bills
10% cb upto 250 rs on Payment of electricity bill on airtel thanks app
10% cb upto 500 rs on zomato, swiggy and big basket orders
And 1% cb on rest online and offline transactions

1.Yes I used Yesterday on flipkart(big shopping utsav sale) it give me 10% instant discount on mobile purchase ( for full and EMI both)
2. I didnot pay broadband bill but it will give i hope that ...because it is only mention to pay the bill not specific operator in terms and conditions
3.Escalate a issue with airtel team with hope they will add.( Will not add I know , but try)
4.No It will not give 10% on any other operator ...Check screenshot ..on Vi preapid(xxxx97) it doesnot give any but on Airtel(xxxx61) it has shown 25% cashback and also checked with other operator also .
5.CB is adjusted at card before next month statement

The second screenshot you attached is the case when I try to pay airtel wifi bill. No banner that shows any cashback will be credited
