Any credit card for cng payment

I think hdfc have a card having cashback on all petrol related but want to know will we get cashback on cng also on that card?
Or any other card in anyone knowledge

CNG, Petrol and Diesel all comes under Fuel Spends. So any CC offering rewards for Fuel Spends is best suited for this task.

I confirmed with HDFC and AXIS bank customer care, and they confirmed that CNG doesn't come under the FUEL category(As per them, FUEL means OIL, not GAS). Hence, for CNG filling, there is no card as of now from any Bank.

go with idfc earn it will give 1% cashback on all upi spends including cng upto 500 per month

Many people withdraw cash from petrol pumps and still receive a fuel surcharge waiver on their total transaction amount, whether they swipe their credit card or use their RuPay card through UPI scan & pay. Banks or credit agencies don’t have a system to verify each transaction type, whether it’s for petrol or CNG purchases.

My suggestion would be to verify this yourself by making a CNG purchase using a fuel-specific credit card of a friend or relative. This way, you can find out if the information provided by customer care is accurate, as they often repeat the same information they learned during their training.

Actually CNG and Diesel these are all petroleum derived, but let's talk about Credit Card.
So if you visit the CNG pump that belongs to Indian oil or HP then choose cards that includes these both.
Actually there is no card for CNG particularly because CNG is belived only being for public transportation vehicle like auto rikshaw and buses and thus if you want points only choose CNG pump which also have thier Petrol pump adjuscent because in that case the Payment Machine is also same and you will get the reward offered.
Else there is no way possible.
For fuel IDFC,HDFC AND ICIC might be the best options.

you can choose any fuel card from any other bank as well but kindly go through their conditions because you can get the fuel surcharge waiver only for payment above 400 and below 2000 and that too only upto 200.
