Any Digital Card for Lounge access quick approval

Recently I realized my cc has not been utilised 50K in last quarter while I am going to need to use it for airport lounge at mumbai domestic.
Anyone knows a quick way to get some digital card which is quickly approved and also allows domestic lounge access?

Yes .go for LTF Indusind Bank credit card...offers lounge access too... regarding any info on credit cards...drop ur number in inbox

LTF Indus Ind doesn't offer airport lounge access plus it is not offered digitally
