Is Unicard goldx cc helpful? Are they providing good service? Any hidden charge dramas?

I got this Card a month ago. Rewards are so good. For everything you get 1% cashback in the form of uni coins ( for ₹100 = 100 uni coins = ₹1 or 1%.)
I mainly use this Card to buy Gift vouchers like Amazon Shopping or Zepto and get 5% returns.
I got a limit of ₹ 35,000 which is not that good.
Major concern is the coordination between Uni Card Team and Bank of Baroda Team. I requested to change my Billing Cycle date and even by now it's not been done. Uni have requested this to the Bank but even then it's not resolved.
In my Uni application it's showing that the bill will generated on 14th May even when June is also gone.
Best thing is that even when using the rewards for converting to Gold there's no GST charged ( Jupiter charges 3% GST for this).
This Card is Excellent when I put forth the Fees, It's Lifetime Free.
