applied for IDFC FIRST WOW credit card (fd 25000INR) now i'm facing problem

i applied for idfc first wow credit card and have done my VKYC , it's been an hour now i have already submitted INR25000 as FD amount but yet got no proper response , i got the application status tracking no but it is showing SOMETHING WENT WRONG , TRY AGAIN . whenever i try to login . i also downloaded their mobile application but it is asking for costumer id yet i havent received any and also cant login using otp and cant fetch my costumer id too , im worried about my money pls help me if anyone have experience.

yes i already did, but what if they still won't help , im worried about my money im a student and this was all i saved

If you have applied via valid platform then need not to worry. Sit back and relax. Credit card authorities will approach you. If you think that you have been duped via fake website, then you may approach cyber helpline 1930.

if vkyc done after 2-3 days card will be generated and dispatched you need to wait for 2 or 3 working days dont get stress its normal period for any card to generate after vkyc
