Applying multiple credit cards of hdfc bank

Dear Team,

I am new to credit cards and recently received the HDFC Freedom Credit Card. However, I now see that the HDFC Swiggy One Card is pre-approved for me, and it seems more suitable as I use Swiggy regularly and now it is showing LTF till December.

Could you please confirm if I can apply for the Swiggy Card despite recently receiving the Freedom Card? I am open to closing the Freedom Card if required.

How did you apply for Freedom Card ? It is likely you wont be able to apply for any other card directly from HDFC site for few months. However, you can apply cards from other sources like Swiggy Card from Swiggy app, Tata Neu Cards from Tata Neu app etc.

I've applied it from website itself. I'm able to apply from the website, but the main concern is do they approve two card in span of a month?
But I'm still able to see swiggi and tata new showing as pre approved and life time free, but thr other sources like swiggi Or tata new app is not showing the life time option.

karo lo try. Don't close Freedom Card. Cuz you won't be able to easily get Core HDFC Card later.

If your Freedom Card is not older than six months, you might face issues with getting it approved, as HDFC stipulates a minimum gap of six months between cards. However, in some exceptional cases, individuals have obtained new cards with just a one-month difference.

Agar offer hoga LTF ka to mil jayega. Filhal 31st December tak sab ke liye offer haim isse phale b bohot logu ko Swiggy app mai offer aya LTF ka.
Maine b Swiggy app se offer se LTF card liya hai.

If ur preapproved for hdfc swiggy card go for it.
Dont close the freedom card.
Just make sure u check the yearly charges and ur ok with them.
