Assistance Required for Transferring Amazon Gift Card Balance to Wallet

Hi All,

I purchased an Amazon gift card worth Rs. 3000, intending to use it for utility and grocery payments with my Amazon ICICI credit card. However, the balance is showing up in my Amazon gift card account instead of the Amazon wallet, preventing me from using it as planned. Could you please advise on how to transfer the gift card balance to my wallet?

pay in split 3000 rs utility with giftcard and rest with wallet

You can't transfer it anywhere, you can use the balance for recharge/bill payment.

I believe you bought Amazon shopping voucher worth 3000 which can't use as utility bill you have only one way to use that is shopping

Thanks all for the response. I used the shopping balance to make payment for airtel bill
