Just to clarify both are different routes, different number of tickets.

this way u r cashback amount goes to pay tax like agent charge and payment gataway. I remember lst time i did some calculation and found out: Buy gift card and load amazon pay wallet then use IRCTC website and there u will get amazon pay wallet to pay (u can save agent charge rs40/- and payment gataway chare is 1.8% which is less compare to MMT gataway charge + amazon gift card 5% cashback using sbi cb)

MMT UI is convinent so even if u consider that then giving away of 5% cashback make sence

I buy Amazon Pay Shopping/Fresh/Gift card vouchers from gyftr and get 5% points back on gyftr itself. This can be used to buy other brands' vouchers on gyftr.
I was not aware that you can also purchase these vouchers from Amazon itself and get 5% cashback on statement

u r getting 5% cashback on gyftr!!!!!!!!

lst time i use gyftr sbi it don't give me 5% CB

Sure about the 5% cashback on gyftr?Have tried 4 months back.no cashback.

I think he is talking about some 5% points in gyftr rather than 5% cashback. It may be specific to some card possibly. SBI Cashback does not give any cashback on gyftr

That's correct. I am getting 5% points in gyftr. I use these points to buy brand vouchers mostly.
