I have applied for the HDFC Tata New Infinity Credit Card on 31st October 2024 online, but the application is still pending. To address this, I escalated the matter to the Principal Nodal Officer and the following email IDs:
2. Additionally, as I applied on 31st October, the offer for Lifetime Free (LTF) eligibility was valid at the time. However, since the card has not yet been approved, will the offer still be considered?
3. I was in touch with a credit card representative who assured me (even over CALL and email) that the application date (31st October) would be considered, and the card would remain Lifetime Free, even if not approved before 31st December. Will the bank honor this commitment and approve the card under the Lifetime Free offer on an exceptional basis?

- There was an earlier error in the company name in my application, which has since been corrected.
- As of yesterday, physical biometric verification has been completed.
