Email and Mobile Not Available Issue with hdfc Swiggy credit card

Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

I received the virtual card details on the email address I used during the application process. However, I'm still facing the "Email and Mobile Not Available" error.

I tried activating the card via the *MY CARDS* on HDFC website. I successfully set the card and PIN, but when I attempt to add the card on CRED and Swiggy, the same issue keeps appearing.

I tried activating the card via the *MY CARDS* on HDFC website. I successfully set the card and PIN, but when I attempt to add the card on CRED and Swiggy, the same issue keeps appearing.
Use your CC offline at least once by swiping or using tap & pay within 32 days from issuance to ensure it remains active in the bank's records. After 6 months, Update your mobile number and email ID either online or by visiting a branch because as per the bank's policy No changes can be made to newly opened Savings/Salary accounts or credit cards within the first six months. 🫣
