Auto debit return chaeges

Hi all, as i checked my icici amazon pay credit card statement, i see auto debit return charges of approx 1600rs plus gst.

Although i have already paid full amount (in installments)till due date(last payment on due date), and still auto debit was processed, so customer care executive said Charges won't be reversed. Please help me reverse my charges.

You should complaint to RBI if the bank doesn't listen to you

Hi all. I requested cc to reverse charges. And they reversed it. (saying you have been disciplined in past payment) but this was a warning too as they wont do the same reversal again in future
