Are you not able to add the credit card to the account?
Once you set the card PIN, it automatically starts reflecting in the application.

I suggest waiting until you receive the physical card and complete the activation process. In my experience, once this is done, it typically reflects within 24 hours. If it still hasn't reflected, please get in touch with customer care at the number 1800-103-5577.
