How can I upgrade my existing my zone credit card to airtel axis card? Is there any process like email or customer care calling or I have to close my zone card and apply for airtel card? I already have 3 axis cards already. Now I want to get airtel card instead of my zone card.

Axis Bank has a maximum limit of 3 credit cards per customer, so you won’t be able to upgrade your My Zone card to an Airtel Axis card unless you close one of your existing 3 Axis cards.

Steps to Get the Airtel Axis Card:​

Decide Which Axis Card to Close – You need to cancel one of your existing Axis credit cards.

Close the Card via Customer Care:

• Call Axis Bank Credit Card Customer Care at 1860-419-5555 or 1860-500-5555.
• Request to close the card you no longer need.
• Make sure all dues are cleared before requesting cancellation.

Wait for Confirmation – Once closed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS.

Apply for the Airtel Axis Card:

• After closing a card, wait at least 1 week before applying for the Airtel Axis Credit Card.
• You can apply via the Axis Bank website, Airtel Thanks app, or by visiting a branch.

Check Eligibility & Approval – Your application should be approved if your CIBIL score is good.

You can get upto 3 cards of Axis easily. If you got ur My Zone Card 3 months ago then you can apply for various cards from Mobile app. Goto Apply then select Credit Card then after few clicks you will be able to apply for various cards including Airtel Axis, which will be approved instantly with merged limit.

First close your 1 card any of them three
Then open your axis mobile banking application go to credit card section on top right corner then click on 3 dots and then on apply now sumbit your mobile no and then there is list of pre approved cards available for you

As per new axis policy, they issue maximum 4 cards. I have total 5 axis bank credit cards, 4 from axis + 1 from citi migrated....

Call customer care. .. They will update if offer is available on ur customer id ..

there is no such policy ... I called and checked with customer care....for Normal Ones It is Maximum 3 ... For Some Special Users bank can provides more than 3........for this scenario there is one credit card for holding an burgundy account
