I guess if you want utility payments then "Airtel Axis CC" best, for normal shopping through flipkart "Axis Flipkart CC", if you want for food then also Airtel Axis CC gives 10% CB through Swiggy, or you can look for Axis Neo CC for food which is worst after devaluation.

Go for Airtel Axis CC for Utility payments but if possible also try to get the Axis Supermoney Pro CC as it gives 3% flat CB on almost every Merchant UPI Payment. These 2 combo is the best as of now from Axis.
