Bad experience with Federal Bank

Is it only my experience or Federal Bank treats all its customers equally bad? Earlier, I had scapia card with 500k limit, which was later changed to 150k by federal Bank without any info, even after spending 35k in last cycle. Due to this arbitrary decision, I closed that card. Now, I applied for imperio card, which was approved on 12.11.25 but federal Bank is reluctant to dispatch the physical card. They don't even care to reply to the mail & what you receive is just an automated acknowledgement. Be prepared for such issues if anyone plans to deal with Federal Bank

I get what you’re saying, Federal Bank can be really slow and unclear at times. You’re definitely not the only one facing this. Many people have had random limit changes or long delays without any proper explanation.

Since your Imperio card is already approved, they should’ve at least given a proper update instead of just sending automated emails. That part is really frustrating.

If you haven’t already, try reaching out on Twitter/X or through their app. Their social media team usually replies faster than email or branch support. Hope it gets sorted out soon. Thanks for sharing your experience, it helps others know what to expect.
