Federal Bank offers a loyalty program called Federal Rewards. Here's a breakdown of the program's key features:

Details of Federal Loyalty Rewards Enrollment :-​

• All Federal Bank customers with Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Internet Banking, or Mobile Banking are automatically signed up for Federal Rewards (individually).
• You only have one Federal Rewards membership regardless of how many accounts you have with Federal Bank (or the type of accounts).

How to Earn Points ?​

There are 4 ways to earn points:-

1. Earn Federal Points using Debit Cards
2. Earn Federal Points using Credit Cards
3. Earn Federal Points using Internet Banking
4. Earn Federal Points using Mobile Banking

FEDERAL POINT VALUE​

1 Federal Point = Rs. 0.25
Example:

• You earn 1 point for every Rs. 100 spent.
• You spend Rs. 10,000.
• Total points earned: 10,000 rupees / 100 rupees/point = 100 points
• Total money earned: 100 points * Rs. 0.25/point = Rs. 25

FEDERAL POINT VALIDITY​

36 months (excluding accrual month). Partner points might have shorter validity (12 months).

• You can Earn 5X Reward Points (up to 1000 points) on all transactions during your birthday month(Offer is only valid on Federal Bank Celesta Debit Cards)

Negative point

• From January 1st, 2024, fuel and government services will not be eligible to earn Reward Points on Debit Cards

Federal Milestone:-​

You can earn milestone rewards by spending a specific amount with your debit card within a set timeframe.

1st Milestone: Spend Rs. 50,000 (online or offline) within 6 months of getting your debit card.
Reward for 1st Milestone : 2,000 reward points (worth Rs. 500),Amazon EGV worth Rs. 500

2nd Milestone: Spend Rs. 2,000 during your birthday month in the first year of having your debit card.
Reward for 2nd Milestone: Flipkart EGV worth Rs. 250

• Everyday Spending: Earn 1 reward point for every Rs. 200 spent using your linked debit card.

Welcome Bonus:

• Get 100 reward points for depositing at least Rs. 10,000 within 30 days of opening your Stellar account.

Digital Transactions:

• Earn 100 reward points for making your first bill payment using Fed Mobile within 60 days of opening your account.

Investment Boost:

• Get 100 reward points for opening your first recurring deposit (RD) or systematic investment plan (SIP) using internet banking or mobile banking within 3 months of opening your account.
