Step 3 - A form will appear Fill it up with all the necessary Details and also complete the email OTP and mobile OTP verification

Steps to Search Khatian and Plot Information through BanglarBhumi Online
Step 1- Visit the BanglarBhumi website (Link - https://banglarbhumi.gov.in/BanglarBhumi/Home.action )Step 2 – Once you visit the official site, click the Know Your Property option.
Step 3 – Mouza Identification and Search Record- To check Khatian and Plot Information, select your District, Block, and Mouza from the menu. After that, choose your Khatian Type. Then, you have two options to search:
- Search by Khatian
- Search by Plot
Step 4 – View Khatian & Plot Information – As a result, your Khatian and Plot Information will appear on your screen. Now you can Verify various details in the Plot and Khatian Information.
Steps to Apply for Mutation online through BanglarBhumi Portal
Step 1- Visit the BanglarBhumi website (Link - https://banglarbhumi.gov.in/BanglarBhumi/Home.action )Step 2- Log in to the account with id and password
Step 3- Click on “Special Citizen Service” option
Step 4- Select Online application; from that, choose the “Mutation Application” option.
Step 5- Fill up the Application form and upload the documents for Online Mutation
Step 6- Pay the Processing fees and download the application
Step 7- If your documents are correct, your Mutation Application will be completed after some days.
Steps to Check Mutation Status online through BanglarBhumi Portal
Step 1- Visit the BanglarBhumi website (Link - https://banglarbhumi.gov.in/BanglarBhumi/Home.action )Step 2- Log in to the account with id and password
Step 3- Click on “Special Citizen Service” option
Step 4- Select Online application; from that, choose the “Online Service Status” option and from that select “Mutation Status”.
Step 5- Type in the application number and check the status of the mutation
