I applied for BoB Snapdeal CC on 19 th August but no update from Bob side weather the card is approved or rejected.
Very Bad response from the bank end. Tried multiple ways to get connected but no response from their side. Anyone knows how to get connected to Bob officials regarding this matter.

If you have applied through Bob website then you have to raise query with them on customer support along with the reference number generated.

Ok , do you have any ref# number generated while application, if yes then firstly you have to communicate with cashkaro app team...

No, bro you cannot go to the Rbi directly.. firstly you have to communicate with bank and if bank doesn't answer your question for more then 30-45 days then you have to go for RBI..

Why don't you try visiting the bank branch? An old school but an effective way

Yeah, first try to call customer support and if that also don't help then go to your bank branch with the application proof
