Bank of Maharashtra Lifetimefree credit card application process

Hi , today I got sms by bank of Maharashtra, asking me to apply their LTF credit card through online !! Anybody had experience how their online application process works . What they need , is it instant approval or they ask for income prof and long verification process , ? anybody wana share their story ? Is it worth it to apply ?

I get these messages from different banks. Mostly, it is not pre-approved. You have to apply then they check the eligibility

Where is it mentioned Lifetime free?
Its government bank so they'll definitely ask for income proof.
