hdfc credit card application reopen

Dear guys , I am applying HDFC swiggi credit card 16 Jan. 2025 , video kyc complete same but today I received a mail 22/01/2025 card is rejected​

Reason in mail - “"Unfortunately, your application could not pass through this check as it does not meet the internal policy requirements of our Bank. extend our gratitude for choosing us and look forward to offering you our best services in the future""?

Please provide suggestions to reopen my HDFC credit card application reopen & get approval, help you brother & share your experience

Mail them for the rejection reason, apart from that you can't do anything. Try to apply again after 6 months from Branch, before applying verify that you're qualifying all criteria or not, if not then don't apply wait for qualifying. This is how you can make your cibil good.
