Use a CC.. if you are disciplined and want returns.. the cash back u get on a DC will be the savings bank interest rate u will get if it stays in the bank..

I personally use HDFC Millenia Debit card which gives me a cashback up to 4800 a year. So yeah can recommend that

Kotak 811 super platinum debit card 5% cashback on online and offline, Hdfc millenia debit card 5% cashback on payzapp and 2.5% on online and AU Rupay platinum debit card 20% cashback on bill in amazon, swiggy, 10% in 1mg

with debit card we dont get you better use innopay or cred with upi

CRED shouldn't be recommended as of now. It is useless as one doesn't get anything there. Just useless coins and dimes compared to what one used to get earlier.
I couldn't find innpay anywhere.

innopay app with super money upi as payment mode will fetch extra cashback on 1000 rs payment

I tried it. It is not that worth enough. It just gives 5 rs discount and on paying through super coin got only 2 rs cashback. Not that useful.
Compared to this, Mobikwik is far better. Mobikwik gives 1% cashback capped at 50 rs so for 1000rs bill payment I get 10 rs.

how much from mobikwik we can earn max 50 rs per month or 50 rs per transaction? i dont trust mobikwik its one of the fraud app it scammed me i escape from scam and closed the account be careful

50 rs per transaction on 5000 rs bill payment. For example if you do 1000 you will get 10, 5000 then 50. Don't do 6000 you will get 50 only. If you have 20000 bill you can get 200, explained very well by @TaxWiser Just head over to the link
Regarding Mobikwik being a scam, I am not so sure about it. I have positive experience and have been using since years. Never faced any problem. Probably you might have used the mobikwik zip feature/pay later feature (I maybe wrong; apologies beforehand) which I haven't (tbh was never a fan of it so had avoided it.)

They're not offering upgrade for existing 811 customers...
