Which is the best credit card for all purposes(fuel,utility etc) including maximum rewards and cashback?

There is no such single card which is giving benefits in all categories. You have to see which are the categories you spend most and accordingly decide to have a portfolio of maybe 3 to 4 cards which would ensure you can get the maximum benefits from these cards.
