If you want a long answer short open in ICICI, HDFC or SBI if their branch is near. If you have money to maintain choose private banks and otherwise government bank

ICICI bank has good online facilities, but their zero balance account needs a one-time payment of 95K.

SBI - No MAB requirement.
HDFC or ICICI - 10k MAB requirement.
