Tata Neu Infinity if you are okay using the horrible app, else, Jupiter or OneCard.
Tata Neu Infinity and Tata Neu Plus gives neucoins which can be used in Tata Neu app that will depend on your location how much useful it will be. The cashback is 1.5% and 1% respectively if used from Tata Neu app else less. Both these are chargeable.
Jupiter Edge, Kiwi card(Axis/Yes), AU Ixigo are currently LTF. If you can get them, they also have decent cashbacks/reward structure. IndusInd Platinum Rupay may be considered. Not all these are can be considered exactly cashback as the returns are coming as "cash" in statement though.

Mine is master card, I'm happy with master card variant. In my city (vizag) rupay card isn't that rewarding. Most merchants turn off CC payments.

If someone holds Axis Bank or Yes Bank credit card then this will get rejected. Mine got rejected for the same reason.
