Best savings/pension account interest rate with monthly/quarterly payout?

Dear Fellow Members,

I hope you are doing well.

Could you kindly suggest banks that offer an interest rate of more than 7% (or even higher depending on balance) on savings account balances? I am specifically looking for banks (not NBFCs) as this is for my father, who also has a pension income.

I would appreciate your recommendations.
