Biller addition denied: OneCC as biller in HDFC for payment via HDFC Platinum debit card

Anyone able to add or already added One Credit Card as biller in HDFC for payments through HDTV Debit card?
I tried adding twice and it was denied. Payment through SBI Unipay fails too.
Any guidance or alternative methods?

not possible to pay One Card via BBPS, better to use Cred or OneCard app itself.

I am assuming SBM is the issuing bank even other banks facing issues
