Can we Do Transactions in bank account who is dead

I just wanted to know if we can use a bank account which belongs a dead person
will it be legal ?

It's best to transfer balance from the deceased account. To transfer the balance you will need to submit A death certificate, ID proof, Account Details and Details of the Legal Heir. In addition you may need to show the valid documentation for being the Legal Heir if the deceased have not added you as a Nominee in that account

I think he wanted to ask for example some of my elder dies and because i have the access to the phone of the decreased can i transfer that amount or will it be illegal? Assuming i am the legal heir and nominee.

You should not use the bank account. If you have access just take out the money and then close the account.

If you have not access go to branch with documents and claim the money.

But using these types of account is not legal.
