I have car, tata 2015 dec.registration year,I have check on policy bazar IDV value recommended is between 1.85 to 2.15 so should I go for higher IDV value ??or recommended IDV value.Last year HDFC ERGO gave me 3.83lac IDV. value.also suggest which insurance company is better

You should go with Recommended IDV Value. Easier to justify in case of any eventualities.
