Cashback on credit card bill payment

I used to pay my credit card bills through HDFC smartbuy and SBI unipay portals using my HDFC Debit Card. Through this i was getting 1% cashback upto 750. But since last month sbi unipay has stopped accepting other banks DC for payment and there’s no cashback on bill payment through HDFC smartbuy portal as well.
Is there any other way to earn some cashback on credit card bills payments?

MobiKwik give 1% upto ₹25, on Full Bill Payment.
Payzapp gives ₹11 for bill payment of ₹5000 and above.
You can use Freecharge with HDFC Platinum DC for 2 free transactions in a month of 1K each.

Does sbi virtual debit card give points on other bank credit card payments also or only sbi credit card payment ?

On MobiKwik or SBI Unipay one pays bills of all cards and it's not differentiated. Simple answer...yes

Go to SBI Yono app and you can apply for additional Rupay VDC. There is only one option of Global Debit card in Rupay version (one in MC and Visa as well as per site however if you apply by YONO you get Rupay by default) Not sure if it is Platinum or not.

I assume you have SBI account? You can see that in net banking and mobile app as well

You can use existing debit card also however 2x points are applicable only on virtual card. To get double points use virtual card. It doesn't take too long to get one..few minutes may be.

What time does it take to reflect reward points ?
I have seen there are 2x reward points for transactions in birthday month, anything needs to done to avail it ??

2 to 3 days normally to reflect the rewards. Nothing to be done to get 2x rewards in birthday month...they will give you bonus points in the next month of birthday month.
