Today I recieved An Simple Click Secured Credit Card (Fd Based) Of Visa, I want To Change On Rupay So Then I Use it on UPI
Please Give Your Suggestions On Your Experience ,Can Bank Change It ?

I don't think bank will change your varient to Rupay since the card has been delivered to you. If you have not activate the card you can ask the bank to close it and issue Rupay variant.

Yes they will change ... I have change my two Credit card to upi simply save and Bpcl octene CC. . just call them and ask to convert to upi card .
