Indian Bank charges no fee for IMPS transactions up to Rs 25,000 and Rs 6 plus GST for transactions between Rs 25,001 and Rs 2 lakh.

following banks charge the following for IMPS transfers:

HDFC Bank: Rs 3.50–15.00
Kotak Mahindra Bank: No charges
Axis Bank: Rs 2.50–10.00
Bank of Baroda: Rs 2.50–25.00

Charges through IMPS, NEFT, RTGS :​

• IMPS: Typically, Indian Bank does not charge for IMPS transactions done through internet banking or mobile banking. It's usually free.

  • Up to Rs. 10,000: Around Rs. 2.5 to Rs. 5 (as per previous rates).
  • Rs. 10,001 to Rs. 1 lakh: Around Rs. 5 to Rs. 10 (as per previous rates).
