Pay through SBI Unipay. Suggest to use desktop website. Pay atleast 7 day in advance as failure rate is higher than others, so even if it fails you can pay in time. SBI Unipay will count as utilities and you will get 1% on HDFC platinum debit card

At Paytm you won't get as it counts as wallet till now. What do you mean by HDFC Billdesk? If you meant Billpay then you can't pay HDFC credit card bill from HDFC Billpay
