If my credit limit is ₹1 lakh and I spent ₹8,000 last month and ₹16,000 this month, Both under 30%.
will it affect my CIBIL score?

Yes. . . Don't worry about these minior score changes. Even if it drops, it will increase next time when ur Utilisation is low.
