Yes, it will be added to your card statement. It depends on the merchant code but you can do up to 1L normally and 2L for specific use cases.

No. UPI transactions are like other normal transactions with Credit Card.

Cash withdrawal from banks has extra charges or there may be surcharge for adding money to Wallets like Mobikwik wallet etc
