Out of 360 Bills i missed one bill payment of a credit card and they reported to CIBIL. Is there any way we can get it removed?

The only way to get it removed from CIBIL report is if were reported erroneously, which doesn't seem to be the case.
The best strategy going forward is to clear all the dues (including penal interest) ASAP. Depending on how late the dues have been cleared, the remark will be removed from your CIBIL report. If it was just a couple of weeks, it should be removed in 1-2 months and your score will be back to where it was.

I missed a credit card payment by 1 day, it was a FB backed HDFC credit card, will they report it to credit rating agencies? Whether I will be charged for late payment?

I guess 3 days delay is not reported
