Can You give me a reason why credit card decline after office and documents verification completed and what is Bank Internal norm?

Mail the Nodal Officer of the Bank enquiring about the Rejection of your Application. Do Mention Every Details like How and When were your Details and Documents Verified. Ask for a Specific Reason and also Reconsideration If possible

I have already sent mail in nodel officer but his says credit card decision is internal policy.

In that Case, i don't think we can Do Much, You Try to Escalate your Concern to Higher Authority and Also Try and Contact them on Twitter by tweeting about your Situation

As @Sam Maxi said dm all three banks on their twitter handles.
Hdfc and axis phone banking sometimes give u the reason for declining.

Write to Customerservices.cards@hdfcbank.com asking for reason of decline.
If u have a bank account in any bank try going with the physical /offline application .
Be patient im sure u will get a card.
