Credit card mobile number issue

Hii, i have applied for Hdfc Credit card and it got approved. But now the mobile number i used for applying the card is inactive, so I am not getting any communication and i cannot get Otp To activate. What shall I do to activate the card and update the mobile number.
Note : I have my registered email id and it's accessible

It would be better to visit nearest bank to update mobile number.

Make sure to reactivate that mobile number, as no details can be updated for a newly issued credit card or bank account during the first six months. Also, keep in mind that if you don’t activate your credit card within 30 days of issuance, it will automatically be closed as per RBI guidelines.
