Credit Card or forex Card??

Planning to go to Dubai and confused if I should use my existing CC or apply for forex cards
I have HDFC Infinia Metal ( Activated GVA program) and Axis Olympus and these should suffice my lounge usage + airport assistance etc.
Olmpus has a Lower markup of 1.8% and higher rewards for spends abroad . With HDFC I get 2000 yantra voucher ( and welcome 500 reward points) and max INR 1000 cashboach in statement cycle with a Fx markup of 2% per transaction. HDFC rewards are anyway better
Am seeing forex cards have zero mark up and I will just withdraw once or twice at max from ATM's. some of the forex cards have offers with tomato , careems that promises close 15%-20% discount. Appreciate insights into this.. I need something that benefits me overall.

I use Infinia Metal Card, AmEx Platinum Charge Card, Magnus Burgundy Cards for card swipes internationally. I also use my IndusInd Pioneer Debit Card for ATM Cash withdrawals, no any extra cost. I avoid forex cards becz there are many extra costs including processing fee, loading fee etc and forex rates are higher, + no rewards. So I always prefer credit card & debit card instead of forex cards
